These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of honeshave.com and any purchase you make from HONE, a brand operated by 7 ECOM SASU ("HONE," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. Our products include sharp razor blades intended for adult use only.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information.
We try to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices, and refuse or cancel any order, including after an order is placed, and to limit quantities.
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
Product images are for illustration; slight variations may occur.
By submitting an order, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount, including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes.
We accept payments through Shopify Payments, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may cancel and refund if a product is unavailable or an error occurred.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Razors and razor blades are sharp and can cause injury. You agree to use our products safely and as intended, follow any included instructions, and keep blades and razors out of the reach of children. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HONE is not liable for injury or damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.
All content on the Site — including text, logos, trademarks, images, and designs — is owned by or licensed to HONE / 7 ECOM SASU and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant HONE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce it for marketing and operational purposes. You represent that your content is accurate, is yours to share, and does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to introduce malware, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.
The Site may contain links to third-party sites or services that we do not control and are not responsible for.
Except as expressly required by applicable law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your state or country.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HONE and 7 ECOM SASU, and their officers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HONE and 7 ECOM SASU from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@honeshave.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.
Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and HONE agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
Class-action waiver. You and HONE agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.
Your non-waivable rights. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state or country that cannot be waived by agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a new "Effective date." Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and HONE regarding the Site.
