This Privacy Policy explains how HONE ("HONE," "we," "us," or "our"), a brand operated by 7 ECOM SASU, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from honeshave.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers — name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number.

Payment information — processed securely by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information with:
Service providers / processors acting on our behalf, including our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor (Shopify Payments), order-fulfillment and shipping partners (including partners located in China and the United States), our email/marketing provider (Klaviyo), and analytics and advertising providers (Google, Meta).
Advertising partners — to deliver and measure targeted advertising, we allow certain partners (e.g., Meta, Google) to collect device and activity data through cookies and pixels. Under some U.S. state laws, this may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out — see Section 1.6.
Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HONE, our customers, or others.
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
HONE is operated from France, and our fulfillment partners are located in China and the United States. When you use the Site, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own, including France, China, and the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your state. We take steps to protect your information consistent with this Policy.

How to exercise your rights. Email support@honeshave.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" / "Your Privacy Choices" link in our Site footer. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize the GPC browser signal as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for that browser or device.
California "Shine the Light." California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
Because HONE is operated by a French company, if you access the Site from the EEA or UK, you may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority). If you opt in, we send promotional emails via Klaviyo. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and each email includes our physical mailing address as required by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations).
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, including to meet legal, accounting, tax, and reporting obligations, and to resolve disputes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
